1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Offshored Hosting: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle and does not extend to subsequent renewals. To qualify, the service must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • VPS Hosting and Dedicated Servers: Refunds are not available for VPS Hosting and Dedicated Server plans. Once these services are provisioned, they are non-refundable.
  • Domain Registration: Payments for domain registrations are non-refundable. If a domain is registered as part of a hosting plan and the hosting service is canceled within the refund period, the domain registration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Free Domain with Hosting Plan: If a free domain is included with a hosting plan and the hosting service is canceled within the refund period, the domain registration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Web Development and Custom Services: Fees for web development, custom design, migrations, or other bespoke services are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • The service for which you are requesting a refund.
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your claim.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the service has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • If the refund request is made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period for eligible services.
  • If the service has been used in a manner that violates our policies or terms.
  • If the service has been provided for a period exceeding 30 days from the date of purchase.

4. Partial Refunds

  • Early Termination: If you cancel a service before the end of the billing cycle, a partial refund may be issued based on the unused portion of the service. For example, if you paid for a year of service and cancel after 6 months, you may receive a refund for the remaining 6 months.
  • Service Downtime: If your service experiences downtime exceeding 99.9% in a billing cycle, a partial refund may be issued for the affected period.

Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of the service and are subject to a minimum service period of 30 days.

5. Refunds for Promotional Offers

If you have subscribed to a service through a promotional offer, the following conditions apply:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available only if the promotional terms explicitly state a money-back guarantee. If no such guarantee is specified, refunds are not available.
  • Refund Amount: If eligible, the refund amount will be prorated based on the actual amount paid, excluding any promotional discounts.
