1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Clytrix ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to hosting, domain registration, and email services.
2. Description of Services
Clytrix provides web hosting services, domain registration, email hosting, SSL certificates, backup solutions, and related digital infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with or without notice at our sole discretion.
3. Account Registration
To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Payment & Billing
All services are billed in advance. Payments are due on the billing date. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed in our client area. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Late payments may incur a reactivation fee of up to $15.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing customers on active subscriptions will be grandfathered at their current price until renewal.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared and WordPress hosting plans. Domain registrations, dedicated servers, and VPS plans are non-refundable after provisioning. SSL certificates are non-refundable. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Host, distribute, or transmit illegal content
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Mine cryptocurrency without prior written approval
- Run IRC bots or unauthorized proxy services
- Host phishing, malware, or fraudulent content
- Launch DDoS attacks or participate in any network abuse
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension without refund.
7. Uptime & Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for shared hosting plans and 99.99% for dedicated servers. Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance (with 48-hour notice), customer actions, third-party services, or force majeure events does not count against the SLA. Service credits are issued as account credit, not cash refunds.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity deemed harmful to our network or other customers. You may cancel your account at any time by submitting a cancellation request through our client area. Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted within 14 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clytrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the past 12 months.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Odisha, India, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
